Hello everyone, here is my problem. For some time now, the screen of my MP3 has not been working because I broke it during a trip. Today, I wanted to listen to music, but I ended up on the radio, and since there's no display, I don't know how to go back to the music menu.
My questions are therefore: how can I exit the radio menu to go to the music menu? Thank you for your answers!

Hello, I have a big problem with my Bluesky bmp 6607 mp3 player. I can no longer add songs to it or delete them. It says that my songs are write-protected.

Sometimes it gets stuck on hello or on ready when I connect it to the PC. But I can't put music on it since I can't open it in My Computer. It says that the program is not responding.
However, my mp3 is well recognized and it was working fine before!

Being in the same situation as many, I no longer have my installation CD! and it’s really very annoying!
I’m making a general appeal to anyone who would be kind enough to make a CD copy / extract its contents, and host it on a site like Megaupload, Rapidshare, etc...
Please, a charitable soul! ^^

Well, for those who own the BLUESKY Bmp 5706 MP3 and can no longer connect it to their computer to access their music, I may have found the solution.
Apparently, at its core, I think it's a very unstable device because even with the installation CD for the MP3 driver, it doesn't work on the first try (which I did this morning)... BUT by keeping the MP3 connected and going into the device manager, you just have to insist on your device with a yellow exclamation point, the audio player.
Put in your driver CD and right-click on the device in question and reinstall the driver. As I said, it doesn't work on the first try, but for me, I had to persist until it worked, hence this fabulous instability. Usually, it will ask you to restart, do so while keeping the MP3 connected, and it should work; if not, repeat the procedure.

Turn with the arrows until you find a sort of washer, then press OK. Descend twice, press again, and look for something like that in French.
I won a MP4 bluesky BMP 8107 - 2 GB. However, the French manual is written in "American...???" because the English manual is not the same. Does anyone have a French manual and could email it to me or tell me where to find one? I tried searching online but you have to register and pay. Thanks to anyone who can help. Jo

Actually, my screen cracked by itself and there are no visible external impacts (at least not visible to the naked eye) and I'm sure I didn't break it myself
Has anyone else had the same problem?
Moreover, today I noticed a bug
When I turned on my MP4 this morning, I got stuck in the menu on the "pretty" music drawing, so I couldn't go through the explorer menu to listen to music
And this evening the bug reached the explorer menu, so I can’t do anything anymore, and it’s not great because at 99 euros for the MP4 it hurts...

BMP8208 4GB reader from Carrefour.
Suddenly it refused to let me add files (read-only)
So I formatted and reset it ==> and now it’s empty but still read-only!
There is no hold button on this device.
I don’t know how to remove the read-only.
The memory shouldn't be damaged because I can still record audio on it!
And I can listen to it and copy it to the PC.
But I can’t write anything to the reader from the PC anymore.

you need to convert the videos to AVI 640*320 (I think) using the CD provided
then in the conversion software (AVI Convert, I think) you need to set the software file as the output path (program file ---> AVI Convert) and normally it should work.
