Well, for those who own the BLUESKY Bmp 5706 MP3 and can no longer connect it to their computer to access their music, I may have found the solution.

Apparently, at its core, I think it's a very unstable device because even with the installation CD for the MP3 driver, it doesn't work on the first try (which I did this morning)... BUT by keeping the MP3 connected and going into the device manager, you just have to insist on your device with a yellow exclamation point, the audio player.
Put in your driver CD and right-click on the device in question and reinstall the driver. As I said, it doesn't work on the first try, but for me, I had to persist until it worked, hence this fabulous instability. Usually, it will ask you to restart, do so while keeping the MP3 connected, and it should work; if not, repeat the procedure.

From the radio, long press on mode (2s), then a short press again on mode and start playback by clicking on the small square.

Turn with the arrows until you find a sort of washer, then press OK. Descend twice, press again, and look for something like that in French.

I won a MP4 bluesky BMP 8107 - 2 GB. However, the French manual is written in "American...???" because the English manual is not the same. Same problem as some here:
BMP8208 4GB reader from Carrefour.
Suddenly it refused to let me add files (read-only)
So I formatted and reset it ==> and now it’s empty but still read-only!
There is no hold button on this device.
I don’t know how to remove the read-only.

The memory shouldn't be damaged because I can still record audio on it!
And I can listen to it and copy it to the PC.

But I can’t write anything to the reader from the PC anymore.
