Hello,
Here is my problem:
I want to download a 210 MB torrent, with 50 seeds visible, 43 peers visible, using an internet connection with an optimal download speed of 5 mbits/s and about 600 kbits/s upload. That’s 625 ko/s download and 75 ko/s upload. The issue is that the torrent is downloading at only 25 kbits/s...
The port used by Bittorrent is open, both on my router and in the Windows configuration, and I’ve added an authorization for the application (Bittorrent) in the Windows Firewall and the firewall of my antivirus...
A similar situation occurs for all torrents
Help! Please..

To tell you about torrents, it's quite relative; even if you have 50 seeds, your speed can still be quite slow or you might be going at 500kb/sec. There is an option in BitTorrent that frees up connection slots, but I can't guarantee anything. The seed/leech ratio is something to consider—the fewer leechers, the better! If there are almost as many leechers as seeds, it can be slow.
Option/preference/bandwidth tab
Then there are 3 boxes at the bottom; I set mine to 1000 connections each to be sure.

Unfortunately, it doesn't increase the speed.
I'm trying other torrents to be even more sure, similar situation.
I also installed uTorrent, and when conducting a network test, it shows that I'm downloading at a speed of 281.79kbits/s, 34.3kB/s...
What could prevent a proper data exchange?!
