Open bittorrent ports

Hello, I would like to know how to configure my firewall (Norton) to allow the opening of bittorrent ports (42600).

    Explore the options of your firewall, you should find a path that looks like this:
    option->rule->exception->new->
    the port: 42600
    the IP addresses: any (or all)

        No, but seriously, I think you need to go into your modem and open the ports. However, I don’t know how to do it, but I know you can access your modem by typing this address in a web page: 192.168.1.1

    it's simply impossible that such an advanced software (from a commercial point of view) does not have options for opening your ports, maybe you selected a beginner version at the beginning of the installation?

(For example, if I open the ports on another PC other than this one via the provider's website, will my PC have those ports open or will they only be open on the PC I connected to for the manipulation?)
