Hello,
after gathering information from other forums, I still can't find the solution to my problem. I have Kaspersky as my antivirus and I have quarantined 3 infected files. While the computer is running, after a while, Kaspersky reminds me that there are infected files (the ones already in quarantine) and I can't delete them. I know I need to go to the folder C:\Documents and Settings\Kaspersky Lab\AVP6\Quarantine and there I have my quarantined files with a weird name in the KLQ extension.
I can’t delete these files; whenever I try, a message says that I need permission.
For your information, I have disabled administrator rights, so it means that the permission should come from Kaspersky.
How can I delete these files? Thank you for your response.

Hello, if you are sure that these files are harmful, try to delete them using Unlocker and if there's a problem, do it in safe mode. When installing Unlocker, your antivirus will go crazy by marking it as harmful, but that's not true; it’s just that the writing used for Unlocker is very similar to that of viruses, and it's a tool that, if misused, could endanger the system because I believe it can delete Windows if you ask it to.
At the time of installation, be careful to uncheck so you don't find yourself with Ebay as a bonus!!

Personally, I may not know much, but if the little I know can help, then I am happy to share it with you!!

Thank you! But Unlocker says "The file could not be deleted. Do you want to delete it on the next startup?" I clicked "Yes", and I am now going to restart my computer.

I just restarted, the files are still there!
Actually, when I right-click, there is no Unlocker, so I click "Open" and in the list of programs to select, I choose "Unlocker". But it comes to the same thing.
