How to recover files quarantined by Malwarebytes

Hello,

Following my Malwarebytes anti-malware update today, it put almost all my personal files (over 40GB) in quarantine!
I went through the history and was able to restore/recover barely 5%.
Where did the others go?
Is there a way to recover them?
I haven't turned off/restarted the computer just in case...

    What happened? It's the first time I've heard this!

    Malwarebytes is an anti-malware, so the files it detects are risky files, but 40GB!!!
