Bonjour,
j'ai un problème avec mon imprimante HP photosmart C4400 serie, sur l'écran de l'imprimant est inscrit " cartouche incompatible" et je n'arrive plus a imprimer ni à faire des photocopies. j'ai changé ressament la cartouche noire mais je l'ai remplacé par la même soit une HP 350. merci de m'aider a resoudre ce problème.
