Hello everyone,
I would like to know if anyone has ever received a refund after purchasing with a Payweb card.
Indeed, I bought plane tickets online, and I paid with the Credit Mutuel Payweb card system.
My ticket purchase was duplicated due to a double booking. Anyway, I contacted the customer service of the ticket purchasing site, which agreed to refund me.
With the codes that the company has in its possession, will I be able to receive my refund?
