I can't send them an email. Why don’t they have webmail support? I couldn’t find their email address. My SIM card is locked. The original PUK code doesn’t unlock the line. I can’t receive calls or make them. Total inconsistency. How can I receive a text message on a phone that doesn’t work? How can I contact customer service without email and without a working SIM card? Finally, things are not going the right way with them.

Hello everyone, for calls abroad, if you have an unlimited plan for landlines in France, use this site https://www.moovtel.com/ to recharge your number and make your calls to any destination in the world. I've been using it to call Lebanon from France for years without any problems. However, if you call for 1 minute and 50 seconds, it counts as 2 minutes, but that's not an issue because at the end of your call, try not to hang up at the beginning of the second minute; make sure to hang up at the end.
