Hello,
I bought this internet radio and it works really well, plus the sound is pretty good for a little cube!
I just have one issue, it's supposed to be able to search for my music on a computer via the wifi network of my live box. I can share files between my different computers, but the radio can't do it.
I don't see anything in network favorites despite UPnP being enabled....... HELP
Thank you

I have the same radio and it reads files from my PC without any problem!
The only requirement is to install a media server (Orb for example: http://www.orb.com/en/download_orb) on the computer and specify the folders to share.
Then, just go to the radio in "Media Player" > "Shared Media". The radio will then display the name of your PC; you just need to press "Select" to access all your shared files.-

I tested it on a Livebox too, and there weren't any particular issues, so I don't think it's coming from your box...
Yesterday, I even tested the radio over powerline, and it worked like a charm!
Did you connect the radio via Wi-Fi or by cable?
When you go to "Shared Media," does nothing show up?
It's true that at first it's not necessarily obvious, and I know that Medion's customer service was a great help for me to get my bearings at the beginning! ^^ -

Hello, I just bought this radio, it's simply amazing and in terms of value for money compared to other similar models, I think it's the best.
I want to give a big thank you to the forum "Comment ça marche" and Ichi Go thanks to which I could access all my tracks via my PC in addition to the already very numerous web radios.
Finally, the music I love everywhere in the house. Pure happiness.
I'm running on Windows XP Pro.
Merry Christmas to all and thanks again for the help and your contributions.

The only imperative is to install a media server (like Orb for example: http://www.orb.com/en/download_orb) on the computer and specify the folders to share.
Then simply go to the radio in "Media Player" > "Shared Media". The radio will then display the name of your PC, you just need to press "Select" to access all your shared files.
Thanks to Ichi Go for the tip!

Have you thought about calling Médion support
They are effective for everything PC-related, so why not for radios?....
I am considering purchasing this item, so the resolution of your issue interests me
Good luck

Hello,
I haven't found the solution to your problem yet, but I would like to know how you manage to store more than 10 stations in memory so that you can recall them with the remote control?
I can't seem to save more than 9 stations in memory and it's impossible to reach Hyson's customer service?
Thank you

Hello,
1) Set up Internet Radio
2) Press the Menu button
3) Select Help
4) Choose access code
5) Access code appears on the display (e.g. SWFFVM)
6) www.wifiradio-frontier.com
7) Register with access code, email address, and password
8) All stations can be managed there, favorites, etc.

Hello acer3634, I'm planning to buy the same radio, my concern is to know if it will pick up my favorite station, this radio: https://www.hot97.com/onair/ it's streaming so it should be fine, right? If you could try and let me know if you can receive it, I would appreciate it. Thanks!

Hello Cyril,
I found your favorite station on the Medion, searching by genre "hip hop" and "all worldwide stations," and Hot 97 FM. So you can buy it!-

Yes, the price is correct compared to the Noxon iRadio Cube of the same style (cube shape), and the models that are really more technical with a color screen or even a touchscreen are still too expensive... as long as the screen is of good quality and readable, and I plan to connect it to a 2.1 PC speaker kit, so the original sound is not really important. Thank you for your answers ;-)

Hello everyone, I bought the Medion radio (md 86062) and everything seems to work well except for the internet station search............. it's impossible to find a single radio channel.
The radio tells me that I am connected to my Wi-Fi, but it doesn't help, it performs a search and after 3 seconds it asks me to try again because it hasn't found anything.
Thank you in advance.
Fred.
