Unable to install pinnacle studio

Hello,

I bought a Dazzle with Pinnacle Studio in the package. I installed it correctly at home and it worked very well.

After a complete uninstallation of the software, I wanted to reinstall it. But when I insert the CD, this is what appears on my screen: "setup cannot find a compatible version of Pinnacle Studio on your system" as you can see: http://tinypic.com/images/goodbye.jpg

Honestly, I don't understand anything =/ .. 15 days ago, it worked very well ..

Any ideas?

    Hello,
    This is an update version as indicated by the message, and Pinnacle is looking for an older version on your disk to validate the update.
    If you have an older version, simply install it beforehand or just insert the CD into the CD drive before installation.

    Hello,

    The Cd key is valid only once. During the first installation, you had to create an account. Use it for reinstalling the program.

    Well..

    these are indeed my 2 CDs that I bought at the computer store, the software is inside! If it were an update version, I wouldn't have been able to install it the first time. Now it doesn't want to install anymore.

      Possible, but I respond based on the error message, and it's the one that Pinnacle gives when it does an update and not an installation.

    I didn't have to create an account the first time, I simply put in my CDs and followed the instructions to the letter while entering my activation key.

    Make "regenerate an activation key" and reinstall the program.

    Indeed, my password was written on the box of my CD!
