Hello,
I have a little problem with my JVC LT32A61SU TV:
it's only 3 years old and cost me €1000
when I turn it on, the indicator lights up but my screen stays black!
when I turn it off, the indicator stays on and it doesn't turn off.
yesterday, I unplugged it and after several attempts I finally got a picture
today, I've been trying since this morning but nothing is happening!
it's not the decoder or the Belgacom line, a Belgacom technician came to check on-site.
no technical service at JVC, I'm being sent to a repair shop where I have to take the device myself
and wait a month before finding out what the problem is...
Bravo JVC Belgium! Would not recommend!
In the meantime, does anyone have any ideas?
