Hello,
I have a PSP since December 8, 2009, and today when I turned on my PSP GO, the screen remains black and the little green light stays on, I can't remove the battery from the PSP GO, it's impossible.
Do you know what I should do?
Thanks for responding
Configuration: Windows XP Safari 532.0

I found this good:

If you are still on a black screen, leave your PSP on until its battery is at 0 (It takes 2, 3, 4 hours). The PSP will turn off; connect it to the charger and turn it on, and you will see that your PSP is no longer on a black screen ;)

This is normal (or not). Plug your PSP in to charge, and turn it on while charging; if it doesn't turn on, unplug it and then turn your PSP on.

Brand new PSP or did someone give it to you?
Have you ever tried to hack it?

You know the button where you can turn on the PSP. Click on it for a long time.

1. You remove the battery
2. You plug in the charger without the battery.
3. Turn on the PSP without the battery.
4. When your PSP is on, insert the battery.
