My PSP shows a white screen during the update.

Hello,

I would like to update my PSP to the official 6.60 version, but it shows a screen with the PSP logo, like when starting a game, and it doesn't move from that screen. It does nothing!! It just displays that screen, I have already tried waiting but without success...

PSP is on 6.20 (official), model 2004, date code 7c, completely original, my UMD drive is acting up, could that be the problem??

    dear Anonymous12355, I had the same problem.
    You need to turn on your PSP and when it powers up, you should press:
    select, start, triangle, and square at the same time until it turns back on, and you will need to reconfigure it, and it will work again.
