CD drawer of hi-fi system won't open anymore

Hello, my CD drawer on my Akai hi-fi system won’t open, what could be the issue? I think it might be the motor.

My CD drawer (mini Hi-Fi Component System SONY FH-B51O MHC 510) won't open.
I followed the advice given on your forum: insert a needle or paperclip into the small hole located to the right of the CD opening mechanism. It didn’t work. You can't insert anything into that hole. So I'm still at the same point.
Furthermore, the mini system works fine.

yes, that's it, you found it, it comes from the motor :)
either a cable is cut or the motor is dead..it's easy to dismantle if you have a Phillips screwdriver, you can find this kind of motor everywhere, for example in CD-ROM drives :)

If you have the opening, you MUST be able to insert a paperclip, it's made for these cases....!

I have an opening to the right of the CD slot, but it's impossible to insert anything, not even a needle tip. I can't see anything else.

The hole designed for this is 1/2 mm in diameter, no more... I don't understand having a hole that nothing can fit into!
It's important to know that the paperclip must be inserted with a bit of force, as it needs to push against a moving part...
Otherwise, it should be possible to replace it; a CD player isn't very expensive, but for the MO...?
