bonjour
j ai le même problème depuis quelques jours ,j ai donc piqué "ma crise" et j ai restauré une image entière de mon système plus ancienne ( a force je suis prévoyant) ,mon ordi allait bien mieux ........j ai fait mes mises a jours Windows et.... ça recommence a ramer ,je me demande si il n y aurait pas encore une mise a jour de microsoft qui "foutrait encore la m*rde" ,comme cela arrive souvent !!!!!!! !!!!!!!il faut suivre les forums ......!!!!! courage !!!!

Suivre le tutoriel, faire un scan complet en mode sans échec et sauvegarde le rapport.
Redémarre en mode normal et poste le rapport.
Si tu rencontres un problème pour la désinstallation d'Avast, utilise son utilitaire de désinstallation :
