Hello,
I can't create my 2010 exercise on EBP Compta Open Line 2009.
When I go to exercises/closing and ask to add the next exercise, the following message appears: Unable to lock the database: please save your changes before performing the requested action.
Can anyone help me?

    Your database is locked;
    The solution

    Tool
    Data Maintenance
    Remove locks

      I had the same problem, thank you again, EBP didn't want to help me on the phone, even though it was locked by default (not by me...) THANK YOU AGAIN!!!

      Hello, I have the same issue with the 2012 version and the message is as follows: unable to lock the database: a process or operation is currently running on the file. Please save your changes before performing the requested action. But despite deleting the locks, the message continues to appear. I have tried the manipulation several times and nothing works. Can you please help me? Thank you in advance.
