Ebay Arnaque ou pas ???

Bonjour,

Comme j'ai 19ans, 1ère fois j'ai mis en vente mon PC à 350€ et ça été vendu pour envoyé en Afrique Negeria en tous c'est 600,00€ qu'elle m'a payé, j'en été trés choqué et je les voit pas dans mon compte Paypall'argent , et j'ai reçu un E-mail de la part et desoler j'ai effacé mon nom lol ^^

pouvez vous me dire si c'est une arnaque ?car il dit que j'envoi le colis en 1er et ebay me verse l'argent sur Paypal. c'est vrai ?
