Technisat sky star usb 2 driver

Hello,
I just bought a Technisat Skystar USB 2 device to watch TV on my PC, but I had difficulties installing the driver. Then the CD got broken by my child. What should I do? The goal is to watch TV on my PC via the cable from the satellite dish.
Configuration: Windows 7 Internet Explorer 8.0

    Hello,
    I was able to download the driver from the indicated site, then I installed Vista 64 bits and then the driver. Through the provided software, DVB Viewer, I received the signal but without the image. I did a test recording of a few seconds that I was able to view on WMedia Player 11, but DVB Viewer did not show images. I uninstalled everything and reinstalled it again, and now there's no signal, neither sound nor image. Does anyone have an idea?

      Finally, I received the signal but still no image on DVB Viewer. The recorded sequences are playable with both sound and image on Windows Media Player.
      please help me
