USB file reading issue on Philips TV

Hello,

I have a Philips One 50PUS8545/12 TV.
Until three days ago, I could read movies from a USB stick via the TV's USB port. Now, no file is read anymore (video, image).
The TV software is up to date (I also have the impression that this problem occurred after the update).
Any idea?

    Good evening,
    Try to perform a "reset" or "factory reset" or "initial configuration" (see menu) but you will have to redo all the installation and settings.
