Hello,
I have been desperately trying for several months to order a checkbook on my customer space on the Caisse d'Epargne website, and it always displays "No account available for checkbook order."
Despite several requests to my advisor and multiple questions via the contact form on the site, I always receive the same terse answer: "The checkbook order is indeed not possible online on our site..."
Since it's been... 6 years (!) since I subscribed to this online consultation service, and I have NEVER been able to order a single checkbook, I was wondering if any of you have managed to do so?
Is it really unavailable on the site?
Am I being "played" with the responses I have received?

Once logged into my account, in the left column, there is a menu "Manage your services"
In this menu appears the line Checkbook Order.
Until now, when I clicked on this link, the site displayed an error message telling me that none of my accounts were available for checkbook ordering...
After 10 million calls, letters, and emails, I finally found the solution:
You need to ask your adviser to deactivate the automatic renewal of checkbooks!!!
That's it!!!
We can regret that the automatic renewal blocks the possibility of ordering checkbooks online, but well... here is an acceptable solution anyway, if we want to have control over all this...
