Fransat satellite TNT decoder

Hello,
here is my problem: I was given a decoder to receive TNT via satellite, my antenna is well oriented but I don’t have the channels. Several satellite channels are available but not the 6 "classic" ones and those of TNT... which are indicated but with the "dollar" sign (paying) and thus not accessible for me...
Who can save us? Is there something that needs to be activated? The user manual is very poorly done.
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0

Hello Fabio

In my opinion, you are not on the right satellite. Fransat (Eutelsat) is only on Atlantic Bird 3 (AB3 5° west); your antenna is probably aimed at Astra, and that's TNTsat (Canalsat). I've already set up several
whether it's Fransat or TNTsat, it has always worked right away as long as you are on the right satellite: AB3 (5° west) for Fransat
ASTRA (19°2 east) for TNTsat

Hello, I'm having the same problem with a TV that has built-in TNT, and I'm on the right satellite, so what should I do? It's a hassle.
