Same, nothing works on the remote control anymore. It seems to me that the main code must have erased. After going through the manual, we need to find someone who can read theirs in working condition. It states: "Press the device button (TDT/TNT). Simultaneously press SET and 1. The device button (TDT/TNT) will blink as many times as the value of the first digit of the code. Repeat with SET and 2 for the second digit. Repeat with SET and 3 for the third. For the number "0", the button does not blink."

Same here, my Europsat TNT remote control started working randomly and then stopped altogether;
I bought a universal remote and after a manual search since this model and brand are not listed anywhere (I found a code 821 or 822 on the internet for a Europsat satellite receiver but nothing for TNT), I found the code 630 that partially works: the M/A button mutes the sound, the 2 increases the volume, the 8 decreases it, the 4 and 6 change the channel...

So if anyone has a truly operational code or finds the manufacturer's contact details, I believe a lot of people would be interested (common issue, the remote no longer works)

Otherwise, just for your information, I saw at Brico Dépot a universal Europsat remote with a nice label "works with all Europsat devices" that costs around 7 or 8 euros; at worst, we can always try that but it's annoying to buy a second universal remote...

Re back here
after calling the manufacturer of my TNT and the manufacturer of my remote control, here are the results:
Either the code already exists in the remote or you call the remote control manufacturer hoping they've done an update (don't get your hopes up too much) or you do like me and you're stuck with nothing :)
The codes are not standard, meaning each remote has its own code for the same receiver, so you can't even take a code from a competing brand to test on your own remote...
So I got a bit lucky, there is a code that is close to the code of my TNT, and so if I press 8 I can go to the next channel, 2 for the previous channel, 4 to lower the volume, and 6 to increase the volume :D
So if you buy a remote, make sure to check that the manufacturer is in the integrated list... then pray that one of the codes provided in the list is suitable for your model, because it's not guaranteed :)
Test the automatic search system if that's not the case, sometimes a similar code allows you to have approximate functionality...

Since a week, I'm experiencing the same problem as you, the remote control is not working anymore. I will try some codes, and if I find one, I will share it. If you all do the same, we might be able to get it to work.
