Issue with SAGEM TNT SAT HD decoder

I bought a SAGEM TNT SAT HD decoder (€300) in 1997. On 01/12/2011, I ordered a TNT SAT card (€15) (4-year deadline expired). Being a subscriber to Canal + and Canal Sat with a CANAL READY HD satellite decoder and the CANAL card, I thought I could use my old decoder with the CANAL+ card.
The problem is that my decoder is apparently obsolete and does not accept updates from Canal+.
After contacting Canal+ and Sagem, neither of them is willing to make a commercial gesture to replace this equipment.
Do you have any advice to give me? Can an update be done?
