Hello everyone,
I have a problem with my MSI CR 700 that I just bought.
I want to connect via Wi-Fi, and there is a button with an antenna that activates the Wi-Fi, yet it tells me that no connections are possible! ! !
Moreover, I also can't connect to Bluetooth.
If anyone can help me, I would be very grateful THANK YOU =)

Hello,
I had a problem with the recognition of network connections.
I just called the MSI hotline and the technician told me to enable the "Radio On/Off" option in Control Panel/Device Manager/Network Adapter/Properties/Advanced
So far, it seems to be working.
Otherwise, he told me to reinstall the "system control manager" from the driver CD that came with the laptop.
My CR7000 is running Windows 7, so I think this might be of interest to lolotte-tout-simplement.
Good luck to everyone. -
For the MSI cr610:
I’m not a computer expert, but I found a solution for the Wi-Fi connection! =]
You need to open the Network and Sharing Center, then modify the settings of my card. There, you activate your Wi-Fi button, and you run the diagnose for wireless network 1! It will fix it for you =] Well, it might not be your problem, but give it a try ^^ -
Hello for those who have a Wi-Fi or Bluetooth problem, you just have to activate them by pressing Fn+F8 or Fn+F9 and there you go! ^^

I have exactly the same problem
it's the only button available to activate the wifi, and yet it does not activate it
I have another phone next to it connected to wifi, whereas this one sees no network
however, I managed to connect via cable without any problem -

I have the same problem! 2 returns to customer service, they told me that the computer had no issues. They said the problem was probably with the livebox; I had it replaced, and for now it works, but the technician from France Telecom assures me that the livebox was working fine... my connection might cut out again, apparently there's a problem with the MSI CR700!!

It's a problem with this MSI CR 700 PC; the wireless network card (Wi-Fi)
uses a very sophisticated Wi-Fi, it uses Wi-Fi 802.11 B/G/N
I'm lucky it didn't work well when I made this purchase, but now it works
but sometimes my wireless network card stops working, so if MSI can't fix this flaw on your computer, you will need a Wi-Fi key. I bought thishttp://www.topachat.com/... for my little brother who doesn't have Wi-Fi on his computer, and I'm happy with it
but his problem is that it doesn't work on Windows XP, but here we are on Windows 7
and for Bluetooth, don't look for it, we don't have the hardware in the computer; we need to add the hardware to the computer
we just have the light so that one day if we install the hardware we can know if it's activated or not so that we can deactivate and reactivate it. -

I have the same problem too! I've sent it back for service twice, and they told me that the computer had no issues. They said the problem was probably with the Livebox, so I had it replaced; for now, it's working, but the technician from France Télécom assures me that the Livebox was working perfectly... my connection might drop again, apparently there’s an issue with the MSI CR700!!

Same problem with the Cr700 PC that I bought at Christmas!
It's going to MSI's customer service tomorrow.
Did customer service fix yours?? -
I didn't have the same problem, I pressed the button, put in my security key, but the issue is Bluetooth, how do I activate it, did you receive a cable?
-
For the Wi-Fi, you need to press the Wi-Fi button (the Wi-Fi light should be green), and if it doesn't find a network, go to the network connections, right-click on the wireless network icon, then disable and re-enable it; it should normally find the Wi-Fi networks.

Hi,
Since I bought my MSI CR700 running Windows 7, I've been experiencing the same issue of being unable to connect to Wi-Fi. I work in a club, and a dozen laptops connect in the same room without any problems via a Freebox.
None of the solutions found on the forums have worked, and my vendor couldn't help me.
The only solution is to buy another brand (e.g., Asus - we have 5 that work perfectly) or connect via Ethernet cable. If anyone has found a solution, I'm still interested.
Thank you very much. -
Good evening everyone, indeed the Wi-Fi is very unstable and only works during its glorious hours. I advise you all to get a Wi-Fi network key A/B/G and especially N, which will be perfect to replace this failure, and you won't have any more issues. Best regards.
