Solved

Hello,
I just bought the brand new Windows 7 and I can't find how to adjust the brightness, which by default is at maximum, so it's very bad for the eyes after a few hours.. No problems under XP or Vista, but this time I'm stuck! If someone has the solution..
Thank you very much in advance
Configuration: Windows 7 Firefox 3.5.6

Due to the same problem, I decided to look for an answer on the Internet.
That's when I arrived here and saw Pierrot's message.
Just like ESCOBARTON, I have the family edition, but I still followed Pierrot's instructions.
After searching for... 30 seconds without exaggeration, I found the way
    And here it is! :

Control Panel > Appearance and Personalization > Display.
Then, there is (normally) a "menu" on the left and a section to Adjust Brightness.

P.S.: I know this topic is a bit dated, but oh well.
