Hello,
I have a problem with a Canon Pixma printer indicating an error 5C00. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?
Additionally, on another printer of the same model, I also have a message: "full reservoir" on ip90;
Can you help me solve these problems?
Thank you

Good evening,
For the error 5C00, see these tips:

For the IP90, you need to reset the ink counter:

Good luck,

I managed to fix a printer whose tank was full, it's OK it works, however I performed a reset for error 5C00, now it shows error 5100
Thank you for the information

For error 5100, try this:
1- check if anything is blocking the print head from working (a piece of paper, a paperclip, or any object).
2 - Clean the plastic strip that moves the print head with a clean cloth.
3 - check at the location of the head (all the way to the right) if there is an ink overflow (if so, remove it with a damp cotton swab).
Good luck,
Jann
