Bonjour,
a chaque fois j'ouvre le fichier word ou excel il m'affiche "n'est une application win32 valide", c'est qoui ça et comment on résoudre ce probleme

Le bagle s'attrape en téléchargeant des faux cracks par le P2P, les cracks sont un vrai danger et sont sources d'infections. Le bagle fait des dégats: il neutralise le fonctionnement des logiciels de sécurité, tel que l'anti-virus, qui va se retrouver corrompu, il supprime la clé safeboot (mode sans échec). Eviter de redémarrer le PC en mode sans échec par msconfig, car le PC redémarrerai en boucle sans pouvoir accéder en mode normal

Désactive l'UAC: controle de compte d'utilisateur

Clique sur le menu Démarrer puis sur Panneau de configuration , Comptes d'utilisateurs
Clique sur Activer ou désactiver le contrôle des comptes d'utilisateurs:
Une nouvelle fenêtre s'ouvre,décoche la case Utiliser le contrôle des comptes d'utilisateurs pour vous aider à protéger votre ordinateur puis OK:
Une demande s'affiche si vous voulez redémarrer votre ordinateur, clique sur redémarrer maintenant

▶ Télécharge FindyKill de Chiquitine29 sur ton bureau :

Déconnecte toi et ferme toutes applications en cours

• Double clique sur "Setup.exe" pour lancer l'installation avec les paramètres par par défaut .
• Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...)
• Clic droit sur FindyKill présent sur ton bureau, puis clique sur éxécuter en tant qu'administrateur
• Sélectionne l'option F pour le français, puis appuie sur la touche entrée
• Sélectione l'option 1 (recherche), puis appuie sur la touche entrée

▶ Laisse travailler l'outil et ne touche à rien ...

--> Poste le rapport qui apparait à la fin , sur le forum ...

( le rapport est sauvegardé aussi sous C:\FindyKill.txt )
( CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )

fait ceci...

• Démarrer/Exécuter... (ou Windows+r),

saisir la commande regsvr32 /iSHELL32.DLL.

Appuyer sur la touche Entrée puis sur OK pour fermer

la boîte de confirmation d'enregistrement.

Télécharge Dr Web CureIt sur ton Bureau :

ftp://ftp.drweb.com/pub/drweb/cureit/drweb-cureit.exe

- Double clique drweb-cureit.exe et ensuite clique sur Analyse;

- Clique Ok à l'invite de l'analyse rapide. S'il trouve des processus infectés alors clique le bouton Oui.
Note : une fenêtre s'ouvrira avec options pour "Commander" ou "50% de réduction" : Quitte en cliquant le "X".
- Lorsque le scan rapide est terminé, clique sur le menu Options puis Changer la configuration ; Choisis l'onglet Scanner, et décoche Analyse heuristique. Clique ensuite sur Ok.
- De retour à la fenêtre principale : clique pour activer Analyse complète
- Clique le bouton avec flèche verte sur la droite, et le scan débutera.
- Clique Oui pour tout à l'invite Désinfecter ? lorsqu'un fichier est détecté, et ensuite clique Désinfecter.
- Lorsque le scan sera complété, regarde si tu peux cliquer sur l' icône, adjacente aux fichiers détectés (plusieurs feuilles l'une sur l'autre). Si oui, alors clique dessus et ensuite clique sur l'icône Suivant, au dessous, et choisis Déplacer en quarantaine l'objet indésirable.
- Du menu principal de l'outil, au haut à gauche, clique sur le menu Fichier et choisis Enregistrer le rapport. Sauvegarde le rapport sur ton Bureau. Ce dernier se nommera DrWeb.csv
- Ferme Dr.Web Cureit
- Redémarre ton ordi (important car certains fichiers peuvent être déplacés/réparés au redémarrage).
- Suite au redémarrage, poste (Copie/Colle) le contenu du rapport de Dr.Web dans ta prochaine réponse.

malheuresement à chaque fois j'arrive au millieu du scan analyse complete. elle s'arrete et il m'affiche le message suivant: "microsoft windows: 7u5wcxp.exea cessé de fonctionner, un probleme à fait que le programme à cesse de fonctionner correctement, windows fa fermer ce programme et vous indiquer si une solution est disponible" puis il s'arrete

hamid59000 => Fait ce que nathandre te dit et LIT ce qu'on te met, tu pose 15 fois les memes questions alors que nathandre ta posté les demarches exacts a faire

donc poste ce rapport C:\FindyKill.txt
si tu as bien fait findykill

pour que nathandre puisse avancer....

je sais meme pas si tu vaut le coup d'etre desinfecter, j'ai bien l'impression que des que tu n'auras + tes WIN32 non valide tu va abandonné le poste alors qu'il en restera (des virus) comme beaucoup d'autres...

edit : nathandre quand les boulets sont trop lourds comme sa laisse les ce debrouiller avec ce que tu as mit

le probleme n'est pas que j'ai pas suuvi tés démarchés, j'éssayé plusieurs fois mais la procedures elle s'arrete au milieu avant de passer au désinfectation merci

tu peut lire le message N 19 c'est les resultats qui m'a affiché, j'ai suivi les ce que tu m'as dit dans la 2eme partie de 1er message.


avant de passer au désinfectation il m'a affiché l'expression est la suivante " microsoft windows 7u5wcXP a cessé de fonctionner.

• Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...)
• Relance FindyKill présent sur le bureau, tape sur F pour le français, puis appuie sur la touche entrée
• Sélectionne l'option 2 (suppression), puis appuie sur la touche entrée
• Le pc va redémarrer automatiquement ...

▶Laisse l'outil travailler, et ne touche à rien,ton bureau ne sera pas accessible c'est normal !

--> Poste le rapport qui apparait à la fin ( le rapport est sauvegardé aussi sous C:\FindyKill.txt )

Note:Si le Bureau ne réapparait pas, presse Ctrl + Alt + Suppr , aller dans Onglet "Processus",
cliquer sur "fichier", sélectionner "nouvelle tâche", taper explorer.exe, puis valider

bonsoir, le probleme est la, tous mes fichiers foncionnent correctement, sauf le microsoft office (word, excel et autres), a chaque fois j'ouvre ces fichiers il me dit : probleme de raccourci. merci

Télécharge AD Remover ( de Cyrildu17 / C_XX ) sur ton bureau :

Désactive l'anti-virus

Déconnecte toi et ferme toutes les applications en cours

Double clique sur le programme d'installation , et installe le dans son emplacement par défaut. ( C:\Program files )
Double-clique sur l'icône Ad-remover présent sur ton bureau pour le lancer
Au menu principal, sélectionne l'option L, puis appuie sur la touche entrée
Poste le rapport qui apparait à la fin .

( le rapport est sauvegardé aussi sous C:\Ad-report(date).log )

(CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )

Note :
"Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool.
Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus.
Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall

juste une piste :

nathandre sa sent les reste de bagle, (vu que le rapport Fyk est vierge de bagle)

dans le sens ou a un moment il a du ce le choper et que le virus a endommagé microsoft office

pour corriger cela, une reinstallation (de microsoft office) est la seul issue.

Télécharge Random's System Information Tool (RSIT) de random/random et enregistre l'exécutable sur ton Bureau.

! Déconnecte toi et ferme toutes tes applications en cours !

* Double-clique sur RSIT.exe pour le lancer .
* Une première fenêtre s'ouvre avec en titre : Disclaimer of warranty .
* Devant l'option List files/folders created ... , tu choisis 2 months
* Clique ensuite sur Continue pour lancer l'analyse ...
* Laisse faire le scan et ne touche pas au PC ...
* Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront (probablement avec le bloc-note).
* Héberge le contenu de log.txt (c'est celui qui apparait à l'écran), ainsi que de info.txt ici.
Clique sur parcourir
Une fois que tu as trouvé les rapports à héberger, clique sur ouvrir
Clique sur Cliquez ici pour déposer le fichier, puis donne le lien
qui apparait comme ceci http:/www.cijoint.fr/cjlink.php?file=cj200911/cijgAdC3Ch.txt

Note : les rapports seront en outre sauvegardés dans ce dossier C:\rsit

bonjour, malheureusement je ne peux pas ouvrir ni le word ni l'excel.
si j'ouvre un fichier word il m'affiche encore cette phrase ,"n'est pas une application de win32 valide".
si j'ouvre directement le raccourci du word, "il m'affiche probleme de raccourci"

malgré tout je te remercié énormément sur ton aide. merci
