Hello,
Hello,

I just installed Windows 7 on my PC. I have a Sagem Livebox and a Sagem XG-703A wifi key, and I can't get it to install on Windows 7. I searched for drivers online, but when I plug in the key nothing happens to install it, even if I use the Livebox CD!

Please help me

A modified driver for Windows 7 64-bit is available here: Prism Sagem XG-703A chipset driver Windows 7 64-bit

Hi How did you try to install it? P.S.: Please don't shout, thanks. ;-)

I suppose that shouting means writing in uppercase? I won't do it anymore! Nevertheless, thank you for your help. Indeed, I have a big problem with Windows 7 64-bit. My Sagem 802.11b/g adapter model ws5061s does not work with the 64-bit version. For the procedure, I downloaded the driver in question with another PC running XP 32-bit, then transported it by USB flash drive, then decompressed and installed it on the PC equipped with Windows 7 64-bit. Then I open the USB key folder and try to install the drivers in question; it fails every time, Windows 7 Media Center opens. By the way, to all the people who spend their time helping others, it’s really wonderful! P. Morin

Yes, CRYING is writing in uppercase ;-)

Try to install it by updating the driver from Device Manager.

Unzip the download (you’ve already done it) > right-click on Computer > Manage > Device Manager > right-click the USB WiFi key > Update driver > Browse my computer for driver software > Specify location of driver > OK

Tell me if it works please.

Total success, it works (one small detail to specify: in the wifi device manager it did not appear, just a USB link in dispute.
Thanks again for your help and the support you provide to internet users.)

I don’t know if you saw the message below, but I have the same problem, with Windows 7 64-bit, and I’m not sure what to do with the (.sys...) files.

      Hello befax,
I have Windows 7 and I downloaded the driver but I can't connect my computer to my Livebox Inventel with my Sagem Wi-Fi adapter.
And I can't get it to work, what should I do?
      THANKS IN ADVANCE

      Hello,

I’ve got the same problem, except I’m running Windows 7 64-bit, and Windows doesn’t seem to recognize this driver (or maybe I don’t know how to use them ?? what should I do with these .sys files .... ??)

      Thank you !!!
