Freebox HD - Error 62

Since my message this afternoon (my HD box was initially stuck on Freebox) and thanks to the information from users, I reconnected my HD box to the ADSL box with the Ethernet cable. On the HD, it displayed "Network" then Steps 1, 2, 3, and 4, and there it initially indicated Error 4 and now the HD is stuck on "Error 62"! What does this error mean and how can I fix it? Thank you in advance for any details you can provide.
Configuration: Windows Vista Internet Explorer 7.0

Solution to the error 62 blockage on Freebox HD TV box
You need to do a "hard reboot," especially if the connection goes through the Freeplugs
Connect the HD TV box directly to the Freebox using an Ethernet cable
Press and hold the central button on the HD TV box, then plug in the power supply
Normally, the firmware will update through the usual steps 1, 2... video Rock'ndroll...
and finally indicates Freebox TV and normally it works!!!
    Good luck

THANK YOU so much, because free support never responds or there is a 3-hour wait. Thanks again.

I have the same problem since yesterday. I tried rebooting my connection and the FreeboxHD but to no avail. If anyone knows how to make clarifications, it would be appreciated.

Thank you to Domdom for his insights. As the responses from internet users were slow to come, I contacted Free's support via email, and they gave me the exact same advice: it worked! But currently, from time to time, I have to unplug the power cord from the HD box and plug it back in because it keeps showing "Searching for signals" on the television, then "No signal." Understand who can! Does Domdom have a solution for this problem? Thank you in advance.

Hello, I'm sorry to bring up the subject again, but I've followed the instructions and it still doesn't work for me. My Freebox won't even turn on, even though it is plugged in!!
