Bonjour,

Suite à suppression d'un trojan, je n'ai plus accés a ma barre de taches...
En mode sans échec j'ai decouvert un autre compte admin ??
Please help !

Suite à la suppression d'un trojan, l'utilisateur ne peut plus accéder à la barre des tâches sur Windows Vista, et découvre un autre compte administrateur en mode sans échec. Plusieurs conseils préconisent d'utiliser Malwarebytes et d'autres outils antimalware, de mettre à jour Firefox et de vérifier l'intégrité des fichiers système pour Windows, notamment via des guides de réparation. En parallèle, certaines réponses suggèrent d'exécuter RSIT ou HijackThis pour collecter les logs, puis de restaurer le système et de vérifier les comptes administrateurs afin d'éliminer les dérives laissées par le trojan. Des signes persistants comme un antivirus qui ne démarre plus ou des éléments du bureau qui réapparaissent après réparation peuvent nécessiter une réinstallation partielle du logiciel de sécurité.

    fait une analyse avec ton anti virus!!!!!

    après réparation:

    Télécharge ici :

    http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe

    random's system information tool (RSIT) par andom/random et sauvegarde-le sur le Bureau.

    Double-clique sur RSIT.exe afin de lancer RSIT.

    Clique Continue à l'écran Disclaimer.

    Si l'outil HijackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et tu devras accepter la licence.

    Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront.

    Poste le contenu de log.txt (<<qui sera affiché)
    ainsi que de info.txt (<<qui sera réduit dans la Barre des Tâches).

    NB : Les rapports sont sauvegardés dans le dossier C:\rsit

      en entrant dans le setup je n'ai pas le bios mais des modes de démarrage sp2. avant le bip j'ai ou tab pour post screen mais je n obtiens pas la page ou setp en faisant del...
      juste mon wall et ma souris + gestionnaire de taches, explorer.exe n'existe plus.
      j'ai acces au bureau via le gestio de taches en utilisant parcourir c'est tout

    Telecharge FindyKill sur ton bureau :

    --> Lance l installation avec les parametres par default

    --> Double clic sur le raccourci FindyKill sur ton bureau

    --> Au menu principal,choisi l option 1 (Recherche)

    --> Post le rapport FindyKill.txt

      Alors j'ai pu restaurer, j'ai à nouveau mon explorer.exe, cool.
      J'ai fait un scan a-squared, il m'a trouvé un trojan.Win32.patched.aa!A2
      je le supprime ,...Pan ! plus d'explorer.exe, pffff
      je restaure, je le mets enquarantaine,...pan! plus d'explorer
      je restaure à nouveau, je m'apprete à lancer ton findykill
