Create a poster with PowerPoint

Hello

Is there a free software or any other trick that would allow me to split a PowerPoint slide into several "A4" parts so that I can "create" a poster in A0 or A1 format by gluing it together after printing?

    just copy and paste your image into Excel and print it!!

    a PowerPoint slide?
    It's an image I suppose, in which case you can take it, put it on a photo software (Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro, ...) crop it to the desired format and if you have a printer, you just have to print it and struggle with your tape lol

    Thank you for the response, but I'm looking for something "simple" if it exists! It's for students who don't have Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro, etc....

      You just need to go to the PowerPoint format and select the size (A3, A4, etc.) and you can set dimensions like 100*60 cm, poster size.

    anyway, going from a small jpeg image to a poster: it must take some serious software to recover all that is automatically lost when transitioning to jpg

      It's true now I think that if the question is asked it's because the image is of good enough quality to be enlarged to A1 otherwise it's true that it has no interest!!!
      We would just see big squares that's all!

      I want to clarify that students do not need to have the appropriate software on hand.

      Furthermore, this poster will mainly consist of text and a few illustrations. It is not about enlarging an image or a photo.

    The simplest thing is to use existing templates, for example from specialized websites.

    I go to www.poster-medical.com; they have templates.

    Then for printing, the format is also important to provide in order to have a quality poster.
