Bonjour, depuis 2 jours je ne peux plus connecter mon dde, ça me marque "il n'y a pas de disque dans le lecteur" et j'ai beau cliquer sur "annuler" "continuer" "recommencer" le message réapparait de suite. Autre problème, au démarage avast me signale le virus x.bat et j'ai beau le supprimer, ça ne marche pas. J'ai fait un scan ccleaner mais le problème persiste. Si vous avez la solution ? Merci d'avance.

Salut , Pour avancer :: un fichier zip à été créé sur ton bureau par usbfix , peux tu l envoyer ici : https://www.androidworld.fr/ ▶ Télécharge random's system information tool (RSIT) et sauvegarde-le sur le Bureau. • Double-clique sur RSIT.exe afin de lancer RSIT. • Lis le contenu de l'écran Disclaimer puis clique sur Continue (si tu acceptes les conditions). • Si l'outil HijackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et tu devras accepter la licence. • Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront. • Poste le contenu de log.txt . • Tuto : https://forum.pcastuces.com/randoms_system_information_tool_rsit-f31s31.htm

pas grave pour le zip mais je vais te demander un autre fichier ::

▶ Télécharge OTM de OldTimer sur ton Bureau.

• Double-clique sur OTM.exe afin de le lancer.

• Copie (Ctrl+C) le texte suivant ci-dessous :

▶ Accepte en cliquant sur YES.

• Poste le rapport situé dans ce dossier : C:\_OTM\MovedFiles\
Le nom du rapport correspond au moment de sa création : date_heure.log

Ensuite fais un clci droit sur ce dossier C:\_OTM Zip le et fais le moi parvenir ici stp :

• Telecharge malwarebytes

• Tu l´instale, le programme va se mettre automatiquement a jour.

• Une fois a jour, le programme va se lancer.

• Click sur l´onglet parametre, et coche la case : "Arreter internet explorer pendant la suppression".

• Click maintenant sur l´onglet recherche et coche la case : "executer un examen rapide".

• Puis click sur "rechercher".

• Laisse le scanner le pc...

• Si des elements on ete trouvés > click sur supprimer la selection.

• Si il t´es demandé de redemarrer > click sur "yes".

• A la fin un rapport va s´ouvrir, sauvegarde le de maniere a le retrouver en vu de le poster sur le forum.

• Copie et colle le rapport stp.

Au démarrage Avira m'en a détecté 2, j'ai cliqué sur supprimé.

hello :

Télécharge OTL de OLDTimer

▶ enregistre le sur ton Bureau.

▶ Double clic ( pour vista => clic droit "executer en tant qu'administrateur") sur OTL.exe pour le lancer.

▶ Coche les 2 cases Lop et Purity

▶ Coche la case devant scan all users

▶ règle-le sur "60 Days"

▶ dans la colonne de gauche , mets tout sur all

ne modifie pas ceci :

"files created whithin" et "files modified whithin"

▶Clic sur Run Scan.

A la fin du scan, le Bloc-Notes va s'ouvrir avec le rapport (OTL.txt).

Ce fichier est sur ton Bureau (en général C:\Documents and settings\le_nom_de_ta_session\OTL.txt)

▶▶▶ NE LE POSTE PAS SUR LE FORUM

Pour me le transmettre clique sur ce lien : http://www.cijoint.fr/

▶ Clique sur Parcourir et cherche le fichier ci-dessus.

▶ Clique sur Ouvrir.

▶ Clique sur "Cliquez ici pour déposer le fichier".

Un lien de cette forme :

http://www.cijoint.fr/cjlink.php?file=cjge368/cijSKAP5fU.txt

est ajouté dans la page.

▶ Copie ce lien dans ta réponse.

Tu feras la meme chose avec le "Extra.txt".

Heu, ça fait 1h20 que je l'ai lancé et il y a juste marqué Getting drive info... , c'est normal ?
Peut-être dois-je le faire en mode sans échec ?

Re, je viens de m'apercevoir que j'ai envoyé un email à mes contacts nommé "big surprise.z", seulement j'ai rien touché, ça s'est fait tout seul... c'est lié à ce virus ?

EDIT : J'ai lancé le mode sans échec au bout de 2heures d'attente du scan, donc là ça a marché.

trouve ce fichier => C:\WINDOWS\System32\reguser.reg

clic droit / modifier , et tu colles son contenu et tu le referme sans modifier

ensuite :

▶ Double clic sur OTL.exe pour le lancer.

▶Copie la liste qui se trouve en gras ci-dessous,

▶ colle-la dans la zone sous Customs Scans/Fixes :
