Bonjour,
depuis qq temps nous avons ce cheval de troie qui apparait
TR/Crypt.XPACK.Gen

comment le virer

il se trouve soit disant d'après antivir dans :
C:/users/Nous/AppData/Local/temp/_avast4_/unp123609000.tmp

le probleme c'est que j'arrive pas à le voir meme encochant "afficher tous les dossiers" et en decochant "masquer les fichiers systèmes"
j'ai essayer de virer le dossier où il est c est a dire C:/users/Nous/AppData/Local/temp/_avast4_/
mais il veut pas toujours et quand j'y arrive il me le remet un peu après

merci infiniment de votre aide

La réponse est peut-être ds ta question....(avast +antivir)

Pour voir cela:

Télécharge RSIT (de random/random) sur le bureau :

- Double clique sur RSIT.exe qui est sur le bureau
- Clique sur "Continue" dans la fenêtre
- RSIT téléchargera HijackThis si il n’est pas présent où détecté, alors il faudra accepter la licence
- Poste le contenu de log.txt plus info.txt (réduit ds la barre de taches) à la fin de l’analyse .

Les rapports sont dans le dossier ici C:\rsit

j'ai télécharger RSIT
mais quand je veux le lancer il me dit que ce n'est pas une application Win32 valide

je fais quoi ?
est-ce que désinstaller avast peux régler le problème

Pour le moment ==> non....

Le fait que tu ne puisses télécharger RSIT ne nous aide pas .....!!!!!! 

==> n'est pas une application Win32 valide


Ce message peux nous orienter vers une infection de type "Bagle"
mais .....

? Télécharge FindyKill de Chiquitine29 sur ton bureau :

! Déconnecte toi et ferme toutes applications en cours !

• Double clique sur "FindyKill.exe" pour lancer l'installation et laisse les paramètres d'instalation par défaut .

• Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...)

• Fais un clic droit sur le raccourci FindyKill présent sur ton bureau et choisis "éxécuter en tant qu'administrateur" .

• Au menu principal choisis l'option " F " pour français et tape sur [entrée] .

• Au second menu Choisis l'option " 1 " (recherche) et tape sur [entrée]

? Laisse travailler l'outil et ne touche à rien ...

--> Poste le rapport qui apparait à la fin , sur le forum ...

( le rapport est sauvegardé aussi sous C:\FindyKill.txt )
( CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )

! Déconnecte toi et ferme toutes application en cours ( navigateur compris ) .

• Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...)

• Relance "FindyKill" : au menu principal choisis l'option " F " pour français et tape sur [entrée] .

• Au second menu choisis l'option 2 (suppression) et tape sur [entrée]

• Le pc va redémarrer automatiquement ...

? le programme va travailler , ne touche à rien ... , ton bureau ne sera pas accessible c est normal !

--> Poste le rapport qui apparait à la fin ( le rapport est sauvegardé aussi sous C:\FindyKill.txt )

/!\ Si le Bureau ne réapparait pas, presse Ctrl + Alt + Suppr , Onglet "Fichier" , "Nouvelle tâche" , tape explorer.exe et valide

Impératif sous vista:

desactives tes comptes d'utilisateur:

• Télécharge USBFIX
http://pagesperso-orange.fr/NosTools/Chiquitine29/UsbFix.exe­

(!) Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) susceptibles d'avoir été infectés sans les ouvrir

• Double clic sur le raccourci UsbFix présent sur ton bureau .

• Au menu principal choisis l'option " F " pour français et tape sur [entrée] .

• Au second menu Choisis l'option " 2 " (supression) et tape sur [entrée]

• Laisse travailler l'outil.

• Ensuite post le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaitra.

• Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque. ( C:\UsbFix.txt )

( CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )

• Note : "Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool.
Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus.
Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus.

[*]Télécharge AD-REMOVER
ou
AD-REMOVER

(de Cyrildu17 / C_XX) sur ton Bureau.

[*] Déconnecte-toi et ferme toutes applications en cours

[*]Double-clique sur le programme d'installation, installe-le dans son emplacement par défaut (C:\Program files).
[*]Clique droit sur l'icône AD-Remover située sur ton Bureau, et choisis "exécuter en tant qu'administrateur"
[*]Au menu principal, choisis l'option L.
[*]Poste le rapport qui apparaît à la fin.

(Le rapport est sauvegardé aussi sous C:\Ad-report(date).log)

(CTRL+A pour tout sélectionner, CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller)

Note : "Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus comme une infection, ne pas en tenir compte, il s'agit d'un faux positif, continue la procédure

Re,

Un peu de ménage dans les antivirus:
Il n'en faut qu'un ! (sinon conflits entre-eux)

==> Désinstalles:
AVG (A moins que tu le payes...si oui c'est Antivir qu'il faudra sipprimer)
(AVG Remover pour 32 bits )

Fais un scan avec cet antispyware :
Malwarebytes + tutoriel

Tu l´installes; mets le a jour...(onglet mise a jour)
Click maintenant sur l´onglet recherche et coche la case :
"Executer un examen rapide".
Puis click sur "rechercher".
Laisses le scanner le pc...
Si des elements on ete trouvés :
> click sur supprimer la selection.
si il t´es demandé de redemarrer > click sur "oui".
A la fin un rapport va s´ouvrir; sauvegarde le de maniere a le retrouver en vue de le poster sur le forum.
Copies et colles le rapport stp.

et bien en bas à doite y a un icone qu'il n'y a pas habituellement : "programmes de démarrage bloqués"
et quand je clique dessus il me dit que c'est le malaeware qui est bloqué
que dois je faire : l'autoriser ?

sinon plus de probleme pour l'instant
mais comment etre sûr que c'est OK ?

alors
j'ai essayé windows explorer 8 : c'est la cata une fois installé plus d'accès faut que je passe sur firefox
du coup je l'ai désinstallé.

java : impossible à installer : "le programme d'installation ne peut pas s'éxécuter avec les paramètres de connexion d'internet actuels. pour plus d'info"
comment faire ?

Il est impératif de désactiver la protection résidente SpywareTerminator pendant l'ensemble des manipulations qui vont suivre. Aide SpywareTerminator : http://ww11.genproc.com/spyware-terminator/spyware_terminator.html

Dans CCleaner, clique sur "Options", "Avancé" et décoche la case "Effacer uniquement les fichiers, du dossier Temp de Windows, plus vieux que 48 heures" ; par la suite, laisse-le avec ses réglages par défaut. C'est tout.
