Hello,
I cannot access my aliceadsl.fr mailbox (for a week now), probably due to a hacking of my login and/or password. The error "incorrect login or password" is returned consistently.
I then clicked on the "forgot password" link to retrieve a password, but there too my username is denied.
So, I haven't had access to my mailbox for a week. I can't find the company that manages this mailbox online. No contact on the Alice side...

Hello, I just had this issue with one of my Alice addresses. I was given this phone number: 0800761033. The person I spoke with was nice and explained how to proceed, especially to carefully follow the instructions found here: https://postmaster.free.fr/comptescompromis.html at the bottom of the page, which I will do. It will then take about a week for things to be resolved. I hope this helps a few people.

Today, November 17th = still stuck! Apparently, they have a lot of requests to process, need to be patient... :-/

Like hundreds of others, my email account has been blocked since 15/12/2018. After 6 phone calls and 6 different versions, I was asked to dial 0800761033. At 3244, I was told that Free had nothing to do with these email blockages affecting thousands of accounts.
