Disable zoom ctrl + scroll Solved

And if that’s not enough, look in System Preferences / Keyboard & Mouse / Keyboard tab, checkbox at the bottom "Zoom with scroll ball while holding down..."  Ritchi

I found that if you pressed Ctrl + and you're unable to reset your page properly, you need to press Ctrl - to reduce the zoom.
