Issue with ¶ marks in WORD Solved/Closed

Hello,
I have the following problem:

since today, every time I use Word, the ¶ symbol appears at every line break in the word processor. Even though I disable the display of formatting marks, only the ¶ symbol remains while the dots and arrows disappear. I've restarted the computer several times, but to no avail. Could you please give me a solution to make this annoying symbol go away? Thank you

Hi, try this:  press ctrl+shift+8 (8 => the key above the letters, not the one on the numeric keypad)  let me know if it works...  +++

Hello.

I don't have Word on this machine, but if I remember correctly, isn't there an option somewhere in "options" to show/hide non-printing characters...?
Try to look into this direction a bit....

Well, here it is:  Tools > Options > Format Marks: uncheck those you don’t want to display.  -- -=O(_BmV_)O=-  Love as a sword,       ||       ||       humor as a shield.
