Hello,
Where can I find the "clear all tabulations" function? In the old version, we could select text and remove all tabulations to tidy it up. (I want to clean up a document where someone has misused tabs differently on each line). But with Vista, I can't find the tabulation menu where I could delete all the tabs from the document at once.
Thank you in advance
Configuration: Windows Vista / Internet Explorer 7.0

Hello,
Try selecting your entire document with CTRL+A, then in the Paragraph group on the Home tab, click on the small arrow at the bottom right to open the Paragraph box.
Then click on the TABULATIONS button at the bottom to open the Tabulation box. Normally, Word won't show you any because the selected paragraphs don't have the same ones. However, you can still click the CLEAR ALL button and that should remove all the tab stops from the document.
After that, to remove the tab characters, you can use the replace function. In the Editing group on the Home tab, open the replace tool then click on the More button to display the bottom of the dialog box. You will then see a SPECIAL button at the bottom. Click on it and choose the Tab (at the top of the list) option, then in the box below, you can choose nothing or a space. Replace all and you're done.
There you go, I hope this meets your expectations.
