Hello everyone,
I have a SAMSUNG plasma screen that I bought about 2 months ago. Yesterday, while playing on the Xbox, my TV turned red (tinted) and even when I watch TV. However, the menu and when I switch to PC mode, the colors are fine. I've tried resetting the image settings to default, but nothing works.
So if you have any suggestions on what I should do, it would be great to let me know.

I think I have found a solution that works for me. Please follow the steps on your screen with the remote control while it's off: info menu mute power. Then you will enter the hidden menu, go to adc/wb - adc result, and you will see some values. Make sure to check the values that have the letter R (red). If the number is not above normal, if that's the case, act on it to lower it, and gradually the red dominance will disappear. I hope I have helped you.
