Solution grave probleme sur comapq

bonjour et merci a tous ceux qui se sont preoccupés de mon probleme de portable ...je suis heureux de vous annoncer que le probleme est reglé ...et vraiment d'une manière on ne peut plus simple ... j'avais envoyé un mail au support technique hp (americain) et j'ai recu une reponse ... je l'ai copiée ci dessous ...il suffisait de retirer la batterie en ayant debranché l'alim secteur rebrancher la batterie et appuyer de facon continue sur le bouton d'allumage pendant trente secondes ... moi j'ai appuyé une minute lol ... et ensuite miracle tout s'est remis a marcher ..... je suis hyper content ... merci encore infiniment a tous ceux qui m'ont aidé et qui sait cela pourra peut etre servir a d'autres

inform that we do not have any database of Presario models sold outside
United States. However, I would like to assist you with generic steps.

Patrick, this type of problem mainly occur if there is any hardware
problem in your system. As a workaround to the above problem, I
recommend you follow these basic troubleshooting steps:

1. Disconnect the AC Power Adapter from the laptop.
2. Remove the battery from the laptop.
3. Hold the power button down for 30 seconds.
4. Reconnect the AC Adapter.
5. Now, turn on power.

This should resolve the problem.
