ACCESS Database - Manage Car Fleet

Hello,  I am new to the forum, so please excuse my incompetence.  I started a database 6 months ago to manage a car fleet (rental).  I have already created all the tables regarding the vehicle information, but I’m stuck on creating invoices (linking data between clients, vehicles, quotes into invoices).  Can someone help me? I would like to create a quote by selecting a vehicle, a client, defining the rental period, then if necessary transforming it into an invoice with payment methods,... and creating the associated report.

You need to create a form based on a query that includes all the fields you need or a table if they are all included.  Then create a button that will print the status of all this and also add some code behind this button that says that if  they have to pay, I don’t know your condition, then you either open another form or another status.  Do you have many clients?
