Trojan.Agent.H impossible à enlever

Question

Bonjour,
j'ai 2 fichiers infectés par un trojan.Agent.H. Malwarebytes n'arrive pas à les supprimer bien que le rapport ci-dessous indique le contraire. Que faire ?

salut as tu essayé avec l antivirus kaspersky il faut que tu vire celui que ta deja installe kaspersky il fera le boulot tout seul normalement

slt . Plutôt que mettre un nouveau antivirus fais un scan en ligne de chez bitdefender ou panda ou kaspersky . Sinon pour ton infection passe  navilog option 1 et colle le rapport : tape navilog jlpjlp et tu trouvera le lien avec google

Salut.
Kaspersky n'a rien apporté de nouveau, j'ai toujours les trojan Agent.H.
Navilog1 que j'ai téléchargé ne fonctionne pas sur mon ordi

Télécharge ici :

http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe

random's system information tool (RSIT) par andom/random et sauvegarde-le sur le Bureau.

Double-clique sur RSIT.exe afin de lancer RSIT.

Clique Continue à l'écran Disclaimer.

Si l'outil HijackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et tu devras accepter la licence.

Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront.

Poste le contenu de log.txt (<<qui sera affiché)
ainsi que de info.txt (<<qui sera réduit dans la Barre des Tâches).

NB : Les rapports sont sauvegardés dans le dossier C:\rsit

ok des traces de rootkit . Rien de méchant. Vire la kiweetoolbar . Puis sur un ordi un seul antivirus alors vire bitdefender ou kaspersky . Puis désactive le teà timer de spybot . Puis remets un rapport rsit et on finira

    * Télécharger Catchme (de Gmer) sur le Bureau :

http://www2.gmer.net/catchme.php

          o Double-cliquer sur le fichier catchme.exe pour lancer l'utilitaire.
          o Cliquer sur Scan, une fenêtre DOS s'ouvrira pour commencer l'analyse.
          o Attendre jusqu'au message « scan completed successfully », puis fermer la fenêtre.
          o Un fichier catchme.log est alors créé sur le Bureau contenant le résultat de l'analyse.

désactive le compte utilisateur puis exécute GMER en administrateur (pour cela cliques avec le bouton droit de la souris sur GMEr et exécute le en administrateur)
