Hello,
I just acquired a Samsung UE40B6000, and as soon as I installed it, I noticed a very annoying problem:
the touch buttons on the front activate by themselves and in a completely random manner!
It started by turning off and then immediately turning back on, then the volume dropped to the minimum... I still managed to watch a Blu-ray without too much trouble, 2 or 3 issues at the beginning of the movie and then nothing for the remaining 2 hours.
I'm sure it’s the front buttons (faulty contact?) because if I cover the remote control or remove the batteries, the problem persists.
So I would like to know if it's possible to disable these buttons one way or another.
Thank you in advance for your help!

Hello, I have a huge problem with my LED screen UE40B6000. Let me explain, for the past two days, and just overnight, I can no longer control my TV; the sound keeps going up and down uncontrollably, which means I can't even control the screen with the remote. I checked and noticed that the problem does not come from the remote! I actually think the issue comes from the touch buttons on the front! Has anyone else ever had this problem?
I had the same front button issue last night that activates for no reason.
I left it unplugged overnight.
I turned it back on this morning, everything's fine......

Hello everyone
I have a HUGE HUGE problem with an LCD TV model: LE32A566
The touchscreen is completely going haywire, I can barely follow a program without it changing channels every 2 minutes. Luckily, I can control myself, and I'm also worried about passersby because several times I've almost thrown it out the window. I've searched the entire internet looking for a fix that could solve the problem, but nothing conclusive so far.
I hope to find one HERE.
Thanks in advance.

The responses from some people and the topic changes are even more annoying than the problem itself!!
If it helps: I have exactly the same issue with a SAMSUNG TV, it goes crazy: it turns up the volume, changes the channel...
I suspect the touch buttons...
What is certain is that by cutting the power (unplugging it) from the TV and turning it back on, it temporarily resolves the issue... for a few hours, then it starts again.
Could there be a link between the touch buttons, the temperature of the TV, and these random commands??
Do you confirm that the only person to understand the solution from TELELED (first comment) is Manu01 (second comment)?

Hello,
I just resolved the problem on my Samsung series 6 LED.
Symptoms: The red LED keeps blinking constantly, and it's impossible to turn off the TV or use the front buttons or the remote control.
Resolution: There was a speaker "stuck" to the circuit board that manages the front buttons and the remote control receiver; I disconnected the power from this speaker by removing the white plug. I suspect that the radiation from the speaker was interfering with the proper functioning of the circuit board.
Personally, I disconnected all the speakers since I constantly use a home theater amplifier, but I assume that by disconnecting the two small speakers at the bottom and leaving the large speaker at the top left of the TV, it should work since that one is relatively far from all the circuit boards, worth testing for those who need it.
For your information, on this series, you cannot disconnect the front buttons because the plug that powers the buttons also powers the receiver for the remote control.
Hoping this can help others...

I tested on my side, the speaker issue wasn't working.
Same problem with the sound and the channel changing by itself... The LED on the front keeps flashing
all the time: either a problem with the front control board, or a problem with the motherboard...
I finally found a solution by cutting some wires from the white connector of the touch control on the front (which also receives the remote control)
for your information:
you need to remove the yellow, green, blue, orange wires.
Keep the red, black, purple, brown ones.
In this way, only the remote control can operate the TV, the buttons on the front are disabled.
Be careful, this works for Samsung UE40C6000 models,

Hello, I also have a similar problem with my Ue32f6100awxzf. The standby light is blinking and the TV turns on and off in a blinking mode.
I had a random command issue with another model before. There, the volume increased by itself as if there was a stuck button and the solution was to disconnect the strip of buttons located on the screen.
I want to try the same maneuver, but it seems I have to cut some small colored wires, but which ones... The colors are not the same as yours: for example, I don't have a red one. Could you indicate what is marked on the circuit at the base of the wires you cut and kept? For example, I read 1-IR, 2-LED, etc...
Does anyone have another idea for my breakdown?
What do you think about update manipulations?

I'm experiencing the same issue with my ue46b6000 screen, have you found any answers?????
(the volume goes up and down on its own, random channel changes, it turns off and on by itself, all happening with the remote control without the batteries!!!!!)
Thank you for your responses,

Hello,
the simplest solution if the TV is no longer under warranty is to disconnect the touch buttons on the front:
- you just need to disassemble the LCD and disconnect the connector (white and alone)
simple and effective procedure, but be careful to rest the screen on a stable support and covered with fabric, for example, so as not to damage it.
NO MORE PROBLEMS SINCE THEN.

Just clean it well with window cleaner, slightly dampen the cloth, and that's it; it works perfectly.
Pay attention to the various devices nearby because many of them interfere (tablets, phones, or others). There you go, it’s not complicated. ^^
Hello, I have a similar problem but not quite the same. In fact, my television doesn't fully turn on. We can see the Samsung logo for a moment, then it shuts off, then turns back on, then shuts off again, and so on... Since it's only the power-up that is failing and there are no random changes in volume or channels, I doubt it comes from the front panel (which cannot be unplugged, so it's not tested. :/)
Does anyone have a solution for this?
It's a ue32f6100awxzf... It's between 2 and 3 years old.

In my case, the touch buttons no longer work.
Thank you, Lucie.
