Hello,

I am looking for the user manual to program an electric heater of the TIZIANA brand.

Thank you for responding to me before winter.....
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0

Good evening,

Have you received a response to your question? I own this heater and therefore this manual, so I could send you a PDF copy of the instructions. It is true that the programming is not intuitive at all.

I also have a question for you: in the event of a power outage, does the heater retain the time and programming memory? I experienced a power interruption from the EDF network, and the heater did not retain this information in memory.

My radiator loses track of time and programming during power outages, and moreover, it does not respond to commands received via pilot wires.
If anyone has a solution or a possible cause for this malfunction, it would be greatly appreciated.

I haven't found a solution for the pilot wire, I'm programming with the clock.
