comment réinitialiser le portable motorola Q9?

Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0

    Solution 1
    1) Power off Phone
    2) Hold center button
    3) Phone power on while pressing center button
    4) master reset menu should come up
    Solution 2
    1) turn off device
    2) Press and hold "E" and "Z" keys (nota Z=W on azerty keyboards)
    3) Press power button once
    4) When screen comes on, let go of.
