Hello,
I recently bought the Kodak EasyShare Z710, and since the internal memory of the device is 32 MB, I purchased an 8GB Toshiba Micro SDHC card.
While taking photos, I was surprised to see a message saying "Internal memory full." Normally, the card should have taken over...
I switched the memory to 'Automatic,' and it now tells me "The memory card is unusable (insert a new memory card)."
Now I'm starting to worry...
Is the Kodak Z-710 compatible with my card? Does the device have a problem? Or do I simply need to format the memory card?
I need help quickly
Thanks in advance

How can I know?
By opening the side, it says SD/MMC, but my card is an SDHC, could that be it? -
I had the same issue with a mobile phone, and it was due to the fact that it did not accept SD High Capacity
In my opinion, it's the same for the camera, check the manual if you have it, but in my opinion, it's due to that
Most accept up to 4 gigabytes in standard SD

What do you think I should do?
Format the 8GB SDHC?
Unfortunately, the manual doesn’t say much.
In the end, I'm going to test with a 2GB SD. If it works, then the device doesn't accept SDHC, and I've seen that SD cards are compatible with MMC, so I think that's it.
Or maybe it's just too high a capacity (8GB). -
I think it's the format of the card that is not supported, the best option is to take a 2 or 4GB SD card, no more
