Moreover, most of the scam sites, if they send you cartridges, they are smuggled cigarettes
with I don't know what inside but definitely not tobacco lol
I know a serious site (delivery in 3 weeks) it's quite expensive but buying in bulk is cheaper. 154 euros for 6 cartridges of Camel ^^ (not Camel) :=)) lol..! !
good luck with your problem (:

A "GOOD EVENING" would have been the least!

"For your information, purchasing cigarettes or tobacco online from abroad is not illegal. You just need to provide customs with a certificate issued by the national testing laboratory regarding tar content upon arrival, and declare them to customs upon their entry into France, paying the corresponding duties and taxes.

So, to make it legal, no more worries and the price will be the same as at the local tobacconist's :-DDD

Additionally, there is the risk of scams from websites that know the buyer will not complain about suspicious purchases.

Users' attention is drawn to the fact that the customs clearance formalities for postal shipments containing goods subject to prohibition or restriction measures or any other specific formalities must be carried out by the recipient or the sender of the shipment themselves, or by any declarant (notably the declarant from La Poste) able to perform these formalities on their behalf.

In mainland France, there is a retail monopoly on the sale of manufactured tobacco, which is entrusted to the General Directorate of Customs and Indirect Rights, exercised through tobacconists. You cannot purchase cigars, cigarettes, smoking tobacco, or other manufactured tobaccos from an Internet site based in France. You can buy tobacco from a site located abroad, but in that case, the importation of cigarettes is subject to the submission of a certificate issued by the national testing laboratory regarding tar, nicotine, and carbon monoxide content, and the tobacco packages must bear health warnings. Furthermore, you must declare them to customs upon their entry into France, and pay the corresponding duties and taxes.

There is no tolerance, either in quantity or in value. If you do not declare this tobacco to customs, you will be in violation. The customs service may confiscate your purchases and impose a fine ranging from one to two times the value of the goods. This violation is also subject to a maximum prison sentence of 3 years.

Do not attempt to circumvent the law by using an individual appointed to send such parcels.
Do not put yourself in an illegal situation.

It's true that there are online sales sites that scam people (I fell victim to one a little over a year ago...)
But you need to be curious, talk, and gather information to find the best deals for buying cheap cigarettes!
And honestly, buying your smokes abroad and paying customs fees only to end up with the same price as the local tobacco shop: it's just ridiculous!...
We need to stop treating people like cash cows. Soon it'll be 6 Euros for a pack of smokes when you can get the same pack for more than twice as cheap elsewhere, and plus, delivered to your door.
If there are legal ways to do it, then why choose the expensive route???..

Scaring people and spending time monitoring what they should and shouldn't do has become, I must say, quite a French pastime...

Good evening, friends!

Good evening,
I ordered a month ago some cigarette cartridges on the site tabacmoinscher.com and I have heard nothing except for my bank account being debited for the amount of my purchase (should I say of my scam!)
The site supposedly has an order tracking system but it only tells me; order in processing.
And the emails sent are useless
For me, it’s the last time! I’d rather go buy them in Spain.

Bonjour, moi je les ai reçus trois mois après. C'est normal, ils ne font pas partir les commandes tant qu'elles ne sont pas pleines. Ils n'enverront pas ta commande tant qu'ils attendent plusieurs, voilà comment ça se passe.

Hello,
Personally, I don't have much trust in websites selling cigarettes online.. Fortunately for me, I live in Perpignan, 30 km from Spain (Perthus) and I buy them there for less.... When we see the prices of cigarettes in France!!!!

Needless to say, the scam is simple, since you have no means to complain to anyone when attempting to evade state taxes.

Okay, but it didn't answer my question, so did I get scammed or not? Because nothing told me to validate my order, neither by email nor by validation on the site. But when I want to order on this site, nothing works; it says order in progress, there is a problem, and that I gave my card number, so I don't understand. Can someone help me?

Hey dude, can’t you write a bit more clearly? We can’t understand anything!! You must be no older than 17 to write like that, and tobacco shops logically don’t sell to minors!
