The site "smoke cheaper" that sells all kinds of cigarettes from the so-called Belgium promises, in addition, fast delivery within 48 hours. It has been over 15 days and I am still waiting, and I think I could wait a very long time; I'll never see anything. Of course, the money was debited without delay. The site seems completely legitimate with secure payment, but unfortunately I fell for these comments too late because many people have been caught in the trap like me to save some money. I don't even understand why this site is still active; it's shameful to profit off people's backs.

Well, buying tobacco online from France is illegal.... so one shouldn't be surprised to fall into various traps for which there is of course no recourse....

We are vainly searching for the Legal Notices (whose absence is a cause for total distrust!).

As for the 'fake' T&Cs, they cite outdated and repealed Articles of Law..

Just these elements should discourage anyone from investing even a penny in this shitty site.

Online tobacco sales sites are fraudulent over 90% of the time.

It's not easy for scammed customers to complain about an illegal operation.. (See General Tax Code Art. 568 ter..).

  I would add that the website in question may have sent you the ordered cigarettes, but these could have been seized by Customs and destroyed because it is illegal.
  Consider yourself lucky if Customs only limits itself to this seizure... they could very well initiate legal proceedings and impose a fine on you...

  Hello, a lot of people got caught, the customs have nothing to do with my undelivered package and when the package is destroyed, whether it's for cigarettes or counterfeit clothing, there is no fine, but on the other hand, the goods are destroyed. If only France weren't so expensive.

1 - To live better YOU MUST NOT SMOKE, it only brings bad things, such as death

2 - It's not smart to give "Thank you -1" or more when we try to help the world to live better, so please don't do that

3 - It's better to spend money on something other than tobacco

    Fraudsters can obviously be the managers of the relevant sites
    But Customs may also have simply seized the package... and here it is not a matter of fraud but a perfectly legal operation... and the recipient of the seized product should still be thankful for not having, in addition to the loss of their order amount, a hefty fine to pay.
