    Hello, uTorrent is legal by default; it all depends on the content you download (if it's protected by copyright, it becomes illegal).

    yeah, µTorrent is completely legal, it all depends on what you're downloading!
    For example: If you're downloading movies, it's those that are automatically recognized as illegal and not the software.
