Hello,
unable to open the internet (Orange) "unable to connect to the splash screen", I click on help to resolve the issue; and I get the following message "the file C/ programfile wanadoo internet manager HLP is not a Windows help file or is damaged, ?? thank you for your help

Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 6.0

Good evening.
If you have a USB modem, try reinstalling the Wanadoo kit.
It could also be a network issue.
A bit more complicated but more effective, delete everything related to Wanadoo and create a connection manually.

If you are behind a Livebox, connect via Ethernet, delete everything related to Wanadoo, and access the internet using Internet Explorer.
