Hello, I am an installer in Paris and I changed the batteries of a safe and it got blocked. I will describe it to you: there is a numeric keypad from 0 to 9 with A and B plus 3 lights, green, red, and orange on the right side of the door, a lifting handle on the left side of the door, and an emergency lock in the middle. It is a safe that, according to my client, is over 10 years old

Has anyone found the answer to the first question, how to change the combination? To change the batteries, you need to open the safe, which gives access to a compartment at the top of the door inside where there are two AA batteries.
